Sila Quinones is a partner and co-founder of Noble Fleet, LLC and Noble Logistics, LLC. Her career started in the military where she served for the US Army. She became a business owner and Clinical Manager of one of the biggest Ophthalmology groups in the US Virgin Islands that currently serves the community.
Since then, Sila has found a new passion: the transportation and logistics industry. Sila and her partner Yolanda Jarvis have an array of experience with awarded on-time deliverables, logistics, superior customer service, project management, and experienced on all facets of company management.

Yolanda Jarvis
Yolanda Jarvis is one of the founders of Noble Fleet, LLC and Noble Logistics, LLC. Yolanda has worked in transportation industry for 9 years. Their career started in the airline industry where they worked at several airlines as a Supervisor.
Since then, Yolanda has become the Practice Manager of one of the biggest Ophthalmology groups in the USVI and has committed to provide world class services for the community.
Yolanda is passionate about transportation and logistics. They have an array of experience with awarded on-time deliverables, logistics, superior customer service, project management, and experienced on all facets of company management.
